    If you cannot find smoked mackerel, you can use smoked salmon.

    Bittersweet Mackerel Salad

    PREPARATION:

    • 1

      Combine vinegar, oil, mustard and sugar to make a dressing. Mix well with salad.

    • 2

      Add salad to plates and place mackerel fillet on top.

    • 3

      Add orange, red hot chili pepper and chives, and serve.
