    Boiled Freshwater Crayfish

    Having a crayfish party is expensive, but delicious. You need to calculate for at least 1 kilo of crayfish per person. I usually serve it as a starter.

    Servings: 3

    PREPARATION:

    • 1

      Boil everything together, except the crayfish, in a large saucepan. Add the crayfish to the saucepan and put the lid on. Boil for ten minutes and then allow the crayfish to cool in the stock.

      Serve with bread, mayonnaise and lemon.
