    Herring with Roasted Garlic Dressing

    Servings: 4-8

    PREPARATION:

    • 1

      In a frying pan, roast the garlic cloves golden brown in a little oil on medium heat.

    • 2

      Chop the garlic, and cut the herring in slices of about 2 inches.

    • 3

      Mix with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

    • 4

      Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
