Adding some orange marmalade to some already rich hot chocolate makes it taste fresher. Use a good chocolate with high cocoa content, preferably between 55 and 70 per cent.

Break the chocolate into small pieces. Add milk and chocolate to a small pot and heat, while stirring with a rubber spatula. When the milk is almost oiling, remove from heat.
