A Norwegian version of malted milk.
Cut a vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds with the tip of a knife.
Place the quark, malt extract and vanilla in a blender. Blend on full speed and add the ice bit by bit.
Serve the milkshake in chilled glasses.
