The salty and smoked Norwegian brisling sardines go well together with the sweet and slightly tart mangos and the aromatic flavours from the orange zest -- and some fresh shrimps as well. I often serve this simple starter in an ice cream cone. It looks surprising, but it tastes like the most natural thing in the world.
I use a Norwegian cream cheese that is made partly with goat milk.
