    Mashed Potatoes and Celery with Apple Finish

    Tasty mashed potatoes tastes even better with some apple – fresh and sweet.

    Servings: 8-12

    PREPARATION:

    • 1

      Boil potatoes and celery until tender.

    • 2

      Heat up the milk.

    • 3

      Strain the water off the potatoes and celery, and add the warm milk.

    • 4

      Mash with a masher until there are still some whole pieces.

    • 5

      Add butter, season with salt and pepper, and add the pieces of apple just before serving.
