When I wanted to find a drink that would be suitable for the Norwegian Wood music festival, which takes place in Frogner Park in the middle of Oslo, I was inspired by the name. There are actually many forested areas in the Norwegian capital, and these have a lot of spruce and birch trees, which both taste delicious.

This wood slush contains just four ingredient, and it will melt in your mouth. It has a refreshing taste, just like condensed wood.

Blend all the ingredients together. Continue blending them until you obtain a smooth slush mixture. Serve the drink in cooled martini glasses and decorate with a small sprig of spruce.
