    Servings: 4
    Difficulty: 1

    PREPARATION:

    • 1

      Pre-heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    • 2

      Core the apples.

    • 3

Mix the butter with the sugar, the crushed Digestive or Graham crackers and the cardamom.

    • 4

Put the apples in an ovenproof dish and fill them evenly with the butter mixture.

    • 5

Pour the light molasses or syrup over the apples.

    • 6

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Cooking time will depend on how big the apples are. Feel them – they should be soft to the touch, yet firm.

    • 7

      Serve with vodka sorbet.
