Grate the bread roughly with a box grater. Place a frying pan on the stove or open fire. Melt the butter together with the spices and sugar in the pan, and fry the bread on low heat for about 10 minutes until it becomes brown and crispy.
Rinse and slice the strawberries. Chop the mint and stir together with honey and sour cream.
Serve the spiced bread in deep bowls or glasses. Top it with lots of strawberries and the mint sour cream.
