For this drink, I used fresh cream and milk straight from the cow, which were separated in a separator on the farm I visited. As far as flavor and appearance go, Norwegian strawberries are among the best in the world.
Warm up the cream and sugar, and pour the mixture into four ice cube trays. Leave the ice cubes in the freezer overnight.
Mix all the ingredients in a blender, and serve the milkshake in cooled glasses.
