    More like an Indian lassi drink than a milkshake, because this is more refreshing than sweet.

    Makes one large drink

    PREPARATION:

     
    • 1

      Pour a bit of the milk into a pan and heat.

    • 2

      Transfer to a blender, add the cheese and liquidize until the cheese has disintegrated.

    • 3

      Add the remaining ingredients and liquidize until everything has been well mixed.

    • 4

      Serve ice cold, decorated with more wild marjoram.
