    Whole Seed Mustard with Whiskey and Coffee

    PREPARATION:

    • 1

      Crush the mustard seeds in a mixer or with the help of a mortar and pestle.

    • 2

      Put into a bowl and mix in the other ingredients. Season with salt.

    • 3

      Let the mustard sit for 24 hours before serving it at table.

    If the mustard is too thick, add more coffee. If the mustard is too strong, add a touch of cold pressed rapeseed oil.
