There is only a short distance to Western Norway’s spectacular mountains and fjords, glaciers and waterfalls. Hemsedal has about 2000 inhabitants and the main industries are tourism and agriculture.
During winter Hemsedal is one of Scandinavia’s leading ski destinations with a vibrant atmosphere, while summer offers beautiful landscapes and vast mountains set around an attractive village.
