Nougat with Almonds and Hazelnuts

This is one of the easiest candy recipes there is. Why not make a lot while you’re at it, wrap it in waxed paper, and tie a nice ribbon around it? It’s a great gift, easy-to-make and easy on the budget too!

PREPARATION:

  • Melt the nougat and chocolate in a saucepan over another saucepan with boiling water. When it is completely melted together, mix in the nuts. You may chop the nuts before adding them if you prefer smaller bites.
  • Line a bread loaf tin with waxed paper.
  • Pour in the mixture. Let it harden for a few hours in the fridge before removing it.
  • Cut to pieces and EAT!
