Spiced Christmas Latte

Spiced Christmas Latte with Norwegian roasted coffee and a homemade spice mix! I use allspice, cinnamon, and cardamom for this recipe, but you may mix whatever spices you prefer. The coffee I use is Evergood Dark Roast which is a delicious dark-roasted coffee with lots of flavors to it. It has a round taste that fits very well with milk. Pack yourself into a big wool blanket and enjoy this coffee!
- Make 2,5 dl of Evergood Dark Roast coffee. Make sure to make it strong to really bring out the flavors!
- Mix coffee, milk, maple syrup to your own tasting, vanilla sugar and spice mix in a saucepan while boiling for a few minutes.
- Pull the boiler off the plate and use an immersion blender in the mixture. This will create the foam.
- Pour the coffee in a cup or two and enjoy!
