Christer Rødseth

Christer Rødseth grew up in Aurskog, located in the Eastern part of Norway. Inspired by his grandmother in the kitchen, he has harbored a desire to become a chef from a very young age. Today, he is a renowned chef in Norway with an impressive resume, encompassing experience in well-known restaurants and participation in international culinary competitions. His passion for food is evident, and he aims to share the joy and inspiration of cuisine through his work as television chef and at his restaurants in Oslo.

Andreas Viestad

Born in Oslo, Norway, Andreas has traveled extensively around the world and lived in many different countries, including Zimbabwe, Zanzibar, and Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States. He also spends a great deal of time in his house outside Cape Town in South Africa, where he and his family escape the cold, Scandinavian winters for a few weeks every year.

Niklas Ekstedt

Renowned in Nordic countries for his long-running Swedish food and travel TV series Niklas Mat, Eskstedt put Stockholm’s exploding food scene on the world map. Chef Niklas, who often makes food infused with smoke or torched by fire, was originally inspired by the idea of cooking everything over an open flame, while on vacation at his cottage on the island of Ingarö in Sweden several years ago.

Tina Nordström

Tina Nordström grew up in Helsingborg in southern Sweden where her parents ran the famous tavern, Ramlösa Wärdshus. Already as a youngster, she picked up tricks from the kitchen.

In 2000, Tina’s hard work was rewarded: she qualified as one of eight finalists in the prestigious Chef of the Year competition, making her the first woman in 12 years to receive such an honor.
