Chocolate Mousse

A very easy, but exhausting way to make a delicious chocolate mousse.

A very easy, but exhausting way to make a delicious chocolate mousse.

INGREDIENTS:

List of ingredients

½ lb. (200 g) chocolate

½ cup (1 ½ dl) milk

PREPARATION:

  • Melt the milk chocolate over a hot bain-marie. Add the milk. When the chocolate has melted, place the bowl into an ice bath containing preferably just ice cubes. Whisk vigorously until the mousse stiffens. Can be served immediately, or stored in the fridge for a few hours.
