Quick Grape Jam for Cheese Platters

Ingredients:

  • 680 grams (1.5 pounds) seedless grapes

  • 160 ml (2/3 cup) granulated sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, bring the grapes to a boil to release their liquids.

  2. Stir in the granulated sugar and let the mixture gently boil and simmer for 40 minutes.

  3. Skim any foam from the surface with a spoon to clarify the jam.

  4. Serve the jam on the same day alongside a cheese platter for a sweet and tangy accompaniment.
