Brit’s Creamy au Gratin Potatoes
When we visited Brit whatever her surname is, she made these delicious creamy au gratin potatoes.
INGREDIENTS:

List of ingredients
2.2 lbs. peeled, semi-boiled potatoes
2 sliced onions
Salt and pepper
1.3 cups cream
a stick of butter
Thyme, tarragon and other fresh herbs
PREPARATION:
- Pre-heat the oven to 320 - 360ºF. 
- Place the potato slices with the sliced onions, salt, pepper and cream in an ovenproof dish that has been pre-warmed. 
- Cover the slices with butter and any herbs at your disposal. 
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. 
- Serve from the ovenproof dish.
