Strawberry Milkshake

For this drink, I used fresh cream and milk straight from the cow, which were separated in a separator on the farm I visited. As far as flavor and appearance go, Norwegian strawberries are among the best in the world.

INGREDIENTS:

List of ingredients

2 cups (5 dl) cream

1 ½ cup (400 grams) sugar

2 cups (5 dl) milk

1 lb. (450 grams) strawberries

PREPARATION:

• Warm up the cream and sugar, and pour the mixture into four ice cube trays. Leave the ice cubes in the freezer overnight.

• Mix all the ingredients in a blender, and serve the milkshake in cooled glasses.
