Salad with Pear Dressing

A delicious, fresh, simple salad. If you are unable to find pear vinegar in the shops you can just as easily use apple cider vinegar or any other type of white vinegar that is slightly sweet.

0.9 lbs. green lettuce, preferably a mixture of several different types

0.45 lbs. finely chopped baby carrots, radishes, and spring onions

You can also decorate your salad with edible flowers if you feel like it.

2-3 tbs. pear vinegar, or any other type of white vinegar

1-2 tsp. Dijon mustard

½ tsp. salt

0.4 cup rapeseed oil

PREPARATION:

  • Rinse the lettuce leaves and dry them well, preferably using a salad spinner.

  • Prepare the dressing: mix the vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and oil in a jam jar, screw the lid on tightly and shake well.

  • Put the dressing on the salad just before serving.
